Google Alerts™ is another very useful content monitoring service that sends you emails when it finds new information about any search term you want to monitor on the Web. This free service works similarly to the search function in the Google® search engine, except that it keeps watch for your keywords in case they appear on the Internet in the future. You can use Google Alerts™ for getting news or tracking someone or any topic. People often use the service to get the latest information on celebrities, athletes, a company, product or developing news.
Below, read how to set up Google Alerts™ and customize it to get the updates you want in your email inbox.
